Inter-personal conflicts may be the result of two people who have very different behavioral styles trying to interact or communicate with each other. Learning to identify others' behavioral styles is key to decreasing the amount of conflict.

Inter-personal (me-you) conflicts are more prevalent when individuals do not understand their own style and/or do not recognize the differences in their style and that of others with whom they are trying to communicate.

The first step in approaching a me-you conflict is to determine what the conflict is and/or it's origin. SI provides both behavioral and attitudes assessments which assist in this discovery process.
